Regions and third-party services

Where things work

Public texts about regions and third-party services: the block on the download page, the block on the Founders page, the page "Where things work" and the line in the descriptions of the founder's videos.

Gargona is a studio on your computer. Editing, motion, rendering and export, speech recognition (the Uzbek model included) and defect checks work in any country and do not depend on providers.

The brain and third-party services are the ones you connect yourself: your own subscription, your own AI provider key, a local model, your own MCP heads. They follow their own rules: some providers do not serve some countries, including Russia and Belarus. Following their terms where you are is up to you; Gargona does not block the connection and does not help to get around restrictions.

Cloud features that Gargona runs through its own accounts (the cloud brain, generation through the Gargona gateway, cloud rendering, YouTube API features) work where the providers allow it. Where a provider does not operate, we run the request through another provider, with a note, or tell you the feature is not available there yet. Which features go through which providers is in the table below (Appendix 2 to the offer), with the date of the last check.

Payment from Russia and Belarus is not available yet. The terms are in the offer's section "Regions and third-party services".

Appendix 2. Where things work

The table for p. 9 of the section "Regions and third-party services". Date of the last check: [date of the last check].

  • Cloud brain — Anthropic (Claude). Where Anthropic does not operate, including Russia and Belarus, a cloud brain on open models once it is available; until then cloud tasks are not available there. Rules: [link to Anthropic's supported regions policy].
  • Generation of images, video, voice and music through the Gargona gateway — the Provider's models on its own servers and third-party providers (OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, BytePlus and others). Where a provider does not operate, a similar model of the Provider, noted in the clip's passport. Rules: [links to the providers' rules].
  • Cloud rendering — [cloud computing provider]; not started where its terms exclude it.
  • YouTube API features — Google; they do not work in the territories of Appendix 1; for Russia and Belarus — [after the lawyer's answer].
  • Payment — Freemius, the merchant of record; not available yet from Russia and Belarus.
