How payment works
Choose Studio or Founders and sign in to your account, with Telegram or e-mail.
You pay on Freemius's secure page. Freemius is the merchant of record: it takes the card, issues the invoice and handles refunds. We never see your card details.
Your licence switches on by itself as soon as Freemius confirms the payment, in your account and in the app.
Cancel Studio's renewal in your account in one click; access stays until the end of the paid period. Founders Year never renews.

Do I need my own Claude subscription?
Yes: Claude Pro or Max. Gargona works through Claude Code on that subscription, so no separate keys or credits are needed. The Gargona subscription is the studio itself.
What computer do I need?
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. There is no macOS or Linux version yet. Editing and transcription run on your computer, so the more powerful it is, the faster they go.
What does the trial include?
The whole studio for 7 days on your first computer. No card, no automatic charges. The trial is given once per account and per computer.
How does payment work?
You pay on a secure Freemius page. Freemius is our payment partner and the merchant of record: it takes the card, issues the invoice and processes refunds. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Freemius takes the payments and also processes refunds. Studio's first monthly payment can be refunded within 7 days, a yearly one within 14 days; Founders within 14 days of payment. Details are in the refund policy.
How do I cancel renewal?
In your account, with the Cancel auto-renewal button. There are no further charges, and you keep access until the paid period ends.
What about the cloud and generation?
Soon. The Creator, Producer and Agency cloud plans open later: join the waitlist and we'll tell you first. Gargona 1.0 runs on your computer with your own Claude.
Where are my videos stored?
On your computer, in the «Gargona Projects» folder. We don't upload or store your source files: the site only knows your account, subscription and devices. The frames and text Claude looks at go to Claude on your subscription, just like in a regular chat with it.

Where things work
Gargona works in any country. The brain and third-party services are the ones you connect yourself, and they follow their own rules: some providers (for example, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) do not serve some countries, including Russia and Belarus. Cloud features that Gargona runs through its own accounts go through other providers in those countries or will come later. Payment from Russia and Belarus is not available yet.
